Call for Founding Advisory Board Members – CADSolar

CADSolar is seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our Advisory Board. As the leading representative organization for the Canadian Solar & Storage Industry, CADSolar is dedicated to advancing the solar industry in Canada through public outreach, standardization, education & certification, and advocacy on behalf of members.

We invite applications from individuals across Canada with expertise in the solar & storage industry, renewable energy policy, utilities, energy companies, and related fields. Founding Advisory Board Members will have the opportunity to shape the future of the solar industry in Canada, contribute to the planning of our annual conference, and provide strategic guidance to our leadership.

Eligibility:

• Professionals with at least 10 years of experience in their respective fields.
• Commitment to attend at least one annual meeting (virtual or in-person).
• Willingness to serve a 2-year term with the possibility of renewal.
• Willingness to take a leadership role on a sub-committee for one of:
  • Public Outreach
  • Policy & Advocacy
  • Technical Standards
  • Education & Certification
  • Member Services, Communications, & Events
