Welcome to CADSolar.ca (“Website”). By accessing, using, or registering for membership on this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). 2.4 Revocation of Membership
CADSolar reserves the right to revoke your membership at any time, without notice or reason. In the event of revocation, your organization’s name will be immediately delisted from the CADSolar website, and no refunds will be issued. You agree that you are without remedy in such cases.

2.5 Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:

• Maintain the accuracy of your membership information.

3. Delisting from the Website

Delisting from the Website, whether voluntary or by CADSolar’s decision, does not entitle the affected party to any refund of membership fees or other payments made to CADSolar.
